Rauscharm bei großer Bandbreite

Das 350 MHz-Vorverstärkermodul SIM914 enthält zwei DC-gekoppelte Verstärker mit großer Bandbreite und einer Verstärkung von jeweils 5 (14 dB). Seine schnelle Anstiegszeit, sein geringes Rauschen und seine hervorragende Gleichstromgenauigkeit machen es ideal für die Verstärkung von Signalen wie denen von Fotovervielfacherröhren und Fotodioden. Die Verstärkungsstufen mehrerer SIM914 können ohne Schwingungsprobleme kaskadiert werden. Die Eingangsbuchsen benötigen lediglich eine Erholungszeit von 3 ns nach einer 10-fachen Überlastung. Die große Bandbreite sorgt zusammen mit einer Eingangs- und Ausgangsimpedanz von 50 Ω für eine lineare Phasenantwort über den gesamten Frequenzbereich, wobei Impulsformen erhalten bleiben.
