Präzisionszähler und Zeitmesser

Die Firmware des SR620 Time Interval Counters stellt eine Vielzahl von statistischen Funktionen zur Verfügung. Hierzu gehören Mittel-, Maximal-, Minimalwert, Standardabweichung und Allanvarianzauswertung. Histo-gramm, Standardabweichung, Mittelwert und Allanvarianz können am X/Y-Scope, Plotter oder Printer grafisch dargestellt bzw. dokumentiert werden. Zwei Signaleingänge mit getrennt einstellbaren Triggerschwellen (10 mV Auflösung) ermöglichen Phasendifferenzmessungen mit bis zu 0,001 Grad Genauigkeit. DVM-Eingänge sorgen für Anzeigen bis 20 V.

Betriebsarten: Frequenz, Zeit, Pulsbreite, Anstiegs-/Abfallzeiten, Periode, Phase, Zählen, Voltmeter
